The Sonoran Pirates (aka Son-Rats) is a team of mountain bikers from AZ, MI, CA, CO, MD, PA, UT, TX, ID & The U.K. The team was established in 2004.
Across the ranks they try and hold true to their fundamental belief that...
"the only thing that matters is that you ride... not how fast you ride... nor the gear upon which you ride."
Stay tuned for more videos as the summer rolls on. Its beed a bit wet so far this spring so we have not been able to ride too much. I can't wait till we can head back up to Fischer Creek near Sun Valley, ID and get some good video of it!
I checked out the Bike Park Vids... Looks like a super fun place. How often do you guys go there. Looks like you need a dirt jumping bike to utilize all the jumps they have hahahaha. Looks like you are having fun! Come out and race with us!
We are hoping to come to AZ for the 24 hours in the old pueblo! I should be finished with school and Derek will have enough vacation time. Fingers are crossed!
We have recruited a couple of new Pirates here in Idaho and it looks like we all might make it there for the race. As it gets closer to the registration time we will need to find one more person to make a 5 person mixed team! I can't wait.

If they would build up a little more of a lip at the edge of the road I could probably clear that bitch.
And when he tries it I promise to have the camera ready for the aftermath...LOL
