Bike Thieves Caught on CCTV in Bristol
The move towards Socialism invites public surviellance (think 1984). If you have lived or visited the UK you probably know that the CCTV cameras are everywhere. In this case... some wankers are caught on camera nicking a bicycle.
Those wankers are all over Europe. You can't leave a nice bike parked everywhere. In Germany, the Poles come over steal your bike and part it out in Poland. I had my rear tire stolen off my host brothers Mt. Bike when I lived in Germany. Basically if it isn't locked down, it WILL disappear.
