backiotomy update
Well looks like I might actually need a backiotomy... here's the herniated disc that has put me out of commission since the 24hr race. -Hefe

just a little ass fat.... probably getting bigger now that I'm not riding.
probably? that makes about as much sense as putting an elevator in an out house...
